Find the 11-digit air waybill number on the AWB or the booking confirmation. On a consolidated shipment, ask the forwarder for the master AWB: the airline doesn't know the forwarder's house AWB number.
Check the first three digits. IAG Cargo numbers start with 125, 075; any other prefix belongs to another airline's tracker.
Enter the number on IAG Cargo's tracker. One field takes the number with its hyphen, as XXX-YYYYYYYY. No login is needed.
IAG Cargo sells the cargo space on British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus and the group's other airlines, so a British Airways (125) or Iberia (075) AWB can move on more than one of them. London Heathrow is the main hub.
Booked with Airlift?
Airlift doesn't run its own airline tracking, and the Airlift container tracker covers ocean shipments only. If Airlift booked your shipment on IAG Cargo, your Airlift contact has the flight milestones and can tell you where it is.
What IAG Cargo tracking statuses mean
